FULL PLANNING

You're newly engaged and now it's time to think about planning your dream wedding, but you don't know where to start. I'm your wedding assistant... with you every step of the way. Trying to communicate with multiple vendors at once can be overwhelming and stressful, let me take control and handle all the logistics for you! Here is what I can provide for the Full Planning Package:

⦁ Research/contact vendors for you to check availability and pricing

⦁ Attend/make all vendor and venue appointments from beginning to end

⦁ Keep venue/vendors informed with necessary information

⦁ Provide personal opinion/ideas on wedding décor if needed

⦁ Manage all planning logistics (noting when all payments are due, time of deliveries, etc.)

⦁ Assist with guest list organization (pre-made template)

⦁ Provide consistent updates so you know where we are in the planning process

⦁ Ensure you stay on schedule with planning

⦁ Assist with ceremony/reception music requirements

⦁ Help with seating chart, preparing wedding invitations, and organization of wedding programs/ food menus if needed

⦁ Provide wedding day agenda

⦁ Attend/assist with wedding rehearsal

⦁ On site supervision of wedding ceremony and beginning of reception (up to 10 hours)

⦁ Directing and managing vendors the day of

⦁ Being the "go-to" person for vendors

⦁ Setup of personal décor and stationery items (teardown not included)

⦁ Greet and seat guests at the ceremony

⦁ Double checking final details

⦁ Ensure the day runs according to plan and on time

The Investment:  $5000 (tax included)

The Timeline:  Roughly 12-18 months before the big day
